Before transferring funds to a company you do not know yet, check who we are. Every item on this page can be verified with independent official sources, and we answer every question in writing.

How an order works, step by step
You receive a written confirmation at each step, with the serial numbers as soon as the equipment is secured.

Two ways to pay
We purchase the equipment from our supplier only once your funds are received. You choose the path that suits your organisation.
Option A: full advance payment
100% of the order by bank transfer upon acceptance of the proforma invoice. Procurement starts upon receipt of the funds; shipment once the equipment is secured.
Option B: deposit, visit, balance
A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the order (minimum 5,000 EUR), deducted from the price, reserves the equipment. You then visit us on site or by live video, and pay the balance within 10 business days after the visit. We purchase the equipment only after the balance. The deposit is refunded in full if we cannot deliver the equipment as described, or if the visit reveals a discrepancy with the offer.
Safe bank transfers
Our proforma invoices state the legal entity, the exact bank account beneficiary name and our SIREN number. Since October 2025, banks in the euro area compare the beneficiary name with the account holder before every transfer. We never ask you to pay to another account or by another method.
See the equipment
Equipment in stock can be inspected before payment, on site in Le Kremlin-Bicêtre or by live video. For large orders, an independent third-party inspection before shipment can be arranged at your request.
Shipping, returns and warranty
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Broadcast Depot ships worldwide. We arrange transport on quotation, or you can use your own carrier. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 days. OB vans are delivered by driver or collected on site.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, in case of an error or if you would like another product from our stock: returns and exchanges are possible with no time limit. Contact us to arrange it.
Is the equipment under warranty?
Yes, every used or ex-demo unit is tested and covered by a 90-day warranty. In the event of a failure, the round-trip transport cost is shared equally between the customer and Broadcast Depot.
Private customer references
We never publish our customers' names. For exceptional transactions, a reference call with an existing customer can be arranged, with that customer's written consent.
